From nostalgic trips back to the 1960s to the return of the popular Gardenfest at Riverside Park, the local calendar is brimming with activities catering to diverse interests.
Live Music and Multimedia Experiences
The Emerson Center is set to host two significant events presented by MusicWorks Concerts. First on the schedule is The Sixties Show, a unique multi-media production designed to transport the audience back to the 1960s. This event combines live music with archival footage and storytelling to celebrate the sights and sounds of that dynamic decade.
Following closely, the series features Lords of 52nd Street: The Legends of the Billy Joel Band. This concert brings the authentic musicianship of Billy Joel’s original band to Vero Beach. Meanwhile, jazz enthusiasts can head to the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center for the Big Band Bash Jazz Concert, a budget-friendly event with free admission for young children.

The performing arts scene remains vibrant with the Vero Beach Theatre Guild opening its Blackbox production of I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. In nearby Sebastian, the First Presbyterian Church is hosting an Antique Car, Truck & Bike Show. This gathering will feature classic vehicles alongside music from the 1950s and 60s and food from The Source’s Dignity Food Truck.
