After conducting a successful two-month trial run in January and February—where the restaurant kept its doors open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday through Saturday—owner Andrea Hagopian confirmed the intention to make evening service a permanent fixture. However, a specific launch date has yet to be finalized. The management team is currently focusing on hiring additional hospitality staff to ensure a seamless nighttime dining experience before officially rolling out the extended hours.

The family-run establishment has been a cornerstone of the Treasure Coast food scene for over three decades. Originally opening its doors in 1994, the cafe has spent the last 16 years operating at its current bustling location at 10 S.W. Osceola Street. The transition of leadership over the years has kept the beloved business firmly in the family. Hagopian took the reins from her mother, Maria Cedeno, upon her retirement, while her husband, Roberto Cedeno, continues to assist with weekend management and seating.
