The Veterans Council of Indian River County is inviting the local community to gather for a meaningful cause at the Second Annual Veterans’ Council Luncheon. Scheduled to take place in the heart of Vero Beach, the event is hosted by Polo Steak & Sea, promising attendees an afternoon of fine dining, camaraderie, and dedicated support for local heroes.
The philanthropic luncheon will be held on Thursday, April 16th, starting at 12:00 PM. Located at 2855 Ocean Drive, Polo Steak & Sea is stepping up to facilitate a gathering that directly benefits the programs serving veterans and their families throughout the county. Tickets are available for $65 per person, with a designated portion of every reservation directly funding the Council’s essential local initiatives.
Beyond supporting a noble cause, guests will be treated to a thoughtfully prepared three-course meal. The exclusive menu includes:
- A fresh Sushi Roll to start the meal
- A hearty main course of Chopped Steak paired with Mushroom Sauce and Mac & Cheese
- A decadent White Chocolate Bourbon Bread Pudding for dessert
Adding significant prestige and emotional weight to the gathering, the luncheon will feature a very special presentation.
Attendees will have the distinct honor of hearing directly from guest speaker and Silver Star Recipient Sgt. Sylvester McIntosh (USMC), who will share his powerful personal story of military service and sacrifice.
By attending, Vero Beach residents can actively participate in the Veterans Council’s core mission of Serving Those Who Served. Those interested in joining the luncheon and supporting Indian River County’s veteran community are encouraged to secure their tables early. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant directly at 772-231-4090 or by visiting the Polo Steak & Sea official website.
