Art enthusiasts and Vero Beach locals have an exciting cultural event to look forward to this spring. Gallery 14, a renowned staple of the vibrant downtown arts district, is proud to announce a captivating solo exhibition featuring the work of conceptual photographer Erika Masterson. The exhibit, titled Between Worlds: The Conceptual Photography of Erika Masterson, promises to offer an immersive visual experience for the Treasure Coast community.

The highly anticipated show will run from April 28 through May 22, 2026. To celebrate the opening, Gallery 14 will host a special reception coinciding with the popular Vero Beach First Friday Gallery Stroll. Residents and visitors are encouraged to attend the evening reception on Friday, May 1, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Masterson’s conceptual photography showcase brings a collection of quiet, soulful images to Vero Beach, uniquely presented as exclusive limited editions on gallery-wrapped canvas.

Erika Masterson brings over two decades of professional photographic experience to the exhibit. After earning her degree in photography from the Southeastern Center for Photographic Studies in Daytona Beach in 1990, she launched a successful commercial portrait business in 1999. Since then, she has split her creative time between California and Florida. Her evocative imagery has been widely recognized, appearing in numerous lifestyle magazines, as well as on book covers and greeting cards.

In addition to Masterson’s solo showcase, visitors to Gallery 14 will have the opportunity to view an array of beautiful pieces by the gallery’s resident artist-owners and specially represented creators. The featured local talent includes:

  • Artist-owners: Lila Blakeslee, Barbara du Pont, Barbara Landry, Mary Ann Hall, Jessica Leto, Deborah Morrell Polackwich, Dorothy Napp Schindel, and Evan Schwarze.
  • Represented artists: Walford Campbell, Jim Cohoe, Melanie Denison, Joan Earnhart, Mia Lindberg, Francis Mesaros, George Paxton, Michael Robinson, and Jo Zaza.
  • Special showcases: Exclusive limited pieces by Viola Pace Knudsen and Carol Staub.

Gallery 14 is conveniently located at 1911 14th Avenue in Vero Beach, Florida. The gallery welcomes visitors Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
