According to the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office, the fatal incident occurred Saturday night at an unfinished condominium site located off U.S. Highway 1, near the Indian River Lagoon. Deputies report that a group of juveniles had been trespassing on the long-vacant property when Roylynn accidentally fell approximately 29 feet through a hole in the roof of a concrete structure. She was transported to a local hospital where she ultimately succumbed to her critical injuries. Detectives have indicated that evidence points to the fall being entirely accidental.
