The Treasure Coast culinary scene just received a dose of Hollywood star power. Residents of Stuart and the surrounding areas can now grab a bite at a new Wahlburgers food truck, which has officially set up shop in front of The Home Depot on Federal Highway. Even more exciting for Indian River County residents is the confirmation that the celebrity-backed burger chain has its sights set on Vero Beach next.

According to the company’s website, plans are currently underway to launch a second local food truck at The Home Depot in Vero Beach, expanding the brand’s footprint further north along the coast. This follows a recent debut in Rockledge on the Space Coast, signaling a significant expansion into the region for the company founded by Chef Paul Wahlberg and his famous brothers, actors Mark and Donnie Wahlberg.

The Stuart location is already serving customers daily, offering a versatile menu that covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The concept, which began in 2011 and was inspired by the Wahlberg family’s childhood kitchen memories in Dorchester, Massachusetts, is known for its casual, comfort-food approach.

The new food truck features the Wahlburgers’ renowned certified Angus beef burgers served on toasted brioche buns, crispy golden fries and house-made shakes, as well as breakfast burritos, breakfast burgers and crispy tots.

For those looking to visit the currently open location in Stuart or curious about what the future Vero Beach menu might look like, the offerings are robust. The truck opens early, serving breakfast staples that include:

  • Fried Egg Sandwich ($7): Featuring a fried egg, government cheese, and Chef Paul’s signature Wahl sauce.
  • Our Breakfast Burger ($10): A hearty mix of a certified Angus Beef burger, government cheese, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and Wahl sauce.
  • Breakfast Burrito ($9): Packed with scrambled eggs, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, tater tots, and chipotle mayo.

For the lunch and dinner crowd, the menu shifts to the chain’s signature items. Burger enthusiasts can try Our Burger ($9), the BBQ Road Burger ($12) topped with white cheddar and bacon, or the HD Smash Burger ($12), which features two seared patties. Chicken options are also available, including classic tenders and a Crispy Chicken Ranch ($8) sandwich.

To round out the meal, guests can order seasoned fries or tater tots for $3, and finish with a hand-blended shake. Flavors include classic Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry ($7), as well as a premium Salted Caramel Shake ($8).

Location and Hours:
The Stuart food truck is located at The Home Depot, 3030 S.E. Federal Highway.
Hours of operation are:

  • Monday through Saturday: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Sunday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Residents in Vero Beach should keep an eye on the local Home Depot for the arrival of the next truck in this expanding mobile fleet.
