FELLSMERE, Fla. — A fatal traffic accident occurred early Monday morning on Interstate 95 in Indian River County, resulting in the death of a motorist. The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reported that a 25-year-old man from Idaho died after his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree near the Fellsmere area.
The single-vehicle crash took place at approximately 6:42 a.m. along the northbound lanes of I-95 near mile marker 151, located north of the State Road 60 exit.
