Navigating Your Departure
For a stress-free travel day at Vero Beach Regional Airport, passengers are encouraged to monitor TSA security wait times before arriving. Travelers can check current wait estimates through the MyTSA app or third-party platforms such as ifly.com and tsawaittimes.com. However, users should be aware that the MyTSA application recently issued a notice stating the platform might not be actively managed due to federal funding lapses, so arriving with plenty of time to spare is always the safest bet.
With highly competitive pricing and the sheer convenience of avoiding larger, congested hubs, flying locally out of Vero Beach is an increasingly attractive option for Indian River County residents eager to explore this summer.
