Hillsman, who boasts a commanding 6-foot-2, 195-pound frame, has proven to be a versatile powerhouse on the field, playing both safety and wide receiver for Vero Beach. His recent sophomore season was a masterclass in defensive skill, demonstrating exactly why Division I scouts are turning their attention to Indian River County.
During his breakout sophomore defensive campaign, Jamarion Hillsman recorded 65 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, a sack, an interception, 10 pass breakups, and a forced fumble. His commanding performance was instrumental in pushing Vero Beach to the highly competitive 7A State Championship game in Miami.
