As the spooky season approaches, Treasure Coast residents can officially begin their hunt for the perfect costume. Spirit Halloween, the highly anticipated seasonal retailer, has officially opened its doors across Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin counties for the upcoming autumn festivities.
Known for its unique pop-up business model, the specialty retailer temporarily transforms vacant commercial retail spaces into immersive, fright-filled shopping experiences.
Operating on short-term leases, these temporary shops generally open for six to eight weeks in the late summer and early fall before vanishing entirely by November.
Whether you are searching for officially licensed apparel from popular movies, television shows, and video games, or simply looking to deck out your Vero Beach home with eerie decorations, the store offers a massive inventory of costumes, collectibles, accessories, and seasonal decor.
For locals eager to browse the aisles of ghoulish gear, there are four convenient locations open this season across the greater Treasure Coast region:
- Vero Beach: 1551 U.S. 1
- Port St. Lucie: 7121 S U.S. 1
- Stuart: 2232 SE Federal Highway
- Jensen Beach: 3281 NW Federal Highway
Residents of Vero Beach and neighboring communities are encouraged to shop early for the best selection, as the highly sought-after inventory tends to disappear just as quickly as the stores themselves once Halloween concludes.
